Wow, what a lo-o-o-o-ong day. Friday’s always are right before a three day weekend.
Now that the guitar is in hand, I think I’m going to get a hardshell case for it and an effects pedal for my lackluster Peavey amp. I figure that it’ll be a hell of a lot cheaper than replacing the amp, and it should work well as there’s nothing wrong with the “clean” setting on it.
Gonna get Laura’s camera after the trip so she’ll have something for school. She discussed it with her prof. and it looks like she can just get a good point-n-click (>3 Megapixels) instead of the more expensive SLR model. So, instead of spending $1000 on a camera, $500 for the camera and $500 for the guitar? Eh.
