Things were very slow today, so I decided to make a new website from scratch, using CSS for just about everything I could. Halfway through I decided that maybe I’d turn it into a website for Blessed Thistle, as they don’t have one, and I would be more inclined to work on it to completion that way. Whether or not they ever care/hear about it is inconsequential. I don’t think it anywhere near good enough to show anyone anyways.
Laura’s home in bed, she’s getting sick. I hope I don’t catch anything, as I hate to be sick, but at the same time, it would be nice to stay home for a day. Traffic has been great lately, everyone must have taken the rest of the week off after Patriot’s Day. The office is a ghosttown.
Went to CompUSA as they’re selling the new Splinter Cell for only $30. Of course, they were out of stock. The nearest CompUSA is in North Attleboro, where I almost never go, but instead of taking the highway back, I tried to drive the backroads. Took a while, but whatever, I wasn’t really in a hurry.
The thing that did upset me tho was that I still set off the anti-theft alarms at retail stores. I dunno what the hell sets it off. I even made sure to just bring my CC and my keys in with me this time. It’s really a problem for me, and I have no idea why it happens. On the bright side, at least it’s a good way to keep from going out and spending money.
