Think I might have gotten that mailserver problem fixed yesterday. Asked the ISP to add a PTR record for reverse DNS to our mailserver. Their server might have been looking for one, and I just got an email that says that they’ve done the same. Hopefully, that’ll be the end of that.

Well, the big man got eliminated in the first round of the Home Run Derby last night, despite the good vibes put forth from Manny. I am thankful for two things: One, that he got eliminated early so I didn’t have to listen to Joe Morgan and Chris Berman any longer, and Two, that he didn’t completely whiff on a pitch like Sosa did.

Saw on DVD Verdict that they’re having an open call for review editors. I edited the sample review for the heck of it, but I don’t think I’ll submit it. It’s when casual things become responsibilities that you can start to resent what you used to like to do. 10+ reviews a week could get old fast. Hell, I got my own reviews to edit.
Trying to mobilize the troops this Friday night to head out and see Napoleon Dynamite. It looks as if it could be fun… or a one-trick pony catastrophe.
