Last night’s gallery opening went well, with Laura selling two of her photos right out of the gate. (Which is still good should you ignore the fact that they were sold to friends and family.) There were some very nice photographs from the other artists as well, although I can’t help but be overwhelmingly biased towards the work of my own wife.
Laura printed out some last minute business cards, and they came out looking quite sharp. There was a slight error in the posted zip code however, so they’ll have to be redone at some point. We care to think of this batch as our “Inverted Jenny”, after the famed upside-down airplane stamp.
The possibility of another web project came my way at the gallery, as word got out that I worked in web design. Whether or not it will come to anything is to be seen, but I welcome the opportunities, whenever and whereever they may arise.
Got home in time to watch the last two-thirds of the Sox/Jays game, in which our heroes came perilously close to ending their weekend early, but the combination of Manny, Papelbon and “MVPapi” put things back into order.
As a final added bonus, an installer from DirecTV will be showing up tomorrow morning to install my HD equipment, right in time for the Wakefield/Johnson showdown on FOX. Gametime can’t come soon enough.
Go Sox.

Fox better not black the Saturday game out on the West Coast like they’ve been doing all season long. That would be an act of war. Go Yankees.

Aaag! I there some place online to find out such things in advance? That would most utterly suck.
