Say Hello to my Little Friend
Yesterday, as we were outside showing my mother how the roses were doing on the side of the porch, she and my wife were startled by a bird that seemed to fly right past them.
Well, it seems that the simple reason why is that a mourning dove has made a nest right on top of our gardener’s bench. She’s also watching over a small white egg, so we’ll be trying our best not to disturb her growing family.
