Could you repeat that?
I was just told by the HR staff here at the office that I have some PTO that I need to use before the end of the year. Since they will allow me to take five days over into the next year, I have a total of 13.75 days, or just under three weeks, remaining that I have to burn between now and December 31st.
While that sounds pretty nice, the problems are:
- My wife doesn’t have any time off to take with me
- I have a lot of projects that need completing, one of which with an outside company
- I don’t prefer to travel alone
- I prefer even less to lose the time I’ve accrued
Looks like I’m going to be staring at a calendar for the next couple of days, trying to figure this all out.
