Someone was able to get Windows XP to dual boot with OS X on one of the new Intel based Macs. That is so incredibly cool. No word yet on compatibility issues or performance, but if I could reduce all of my computers down to one square foot of deskspace, that would be a $deitysend.
So while some people are making the world better, others have different ideas. Rumors of a remake of Woo’s Hard Boiled are floating around, mentioning Chow Yun Fat himself as reprising his role. I know there have been some decent remake made lately, but I don’t see this one pulling it off. Then again, who knows if it’ll even happen anyways?
NESN has been showing condensed versions of old Red Sox/Yankees games in prep for the upcoming season. I can’t think of many better ways to get psyched up about the idea. The WBC and our horrid Spring Training performance thus far sure isn’t doing it.
Thinking I’m going to have to use [Warning: buzzword ahead] AJAX for a small photo gallery. (Maybe? I dunno yet.) Client wants users to be able to change to the next picture onclick, but I think it would be beneficial to not refresh the whole page to do so. I guess this article on A List Apart or this one at the Mozilla Dev. Center is as good a starting place as any. However, should anyone have a simpler suggestion, believe me, I’m all ears.
