from Eric Meyer’s blog:
It was publicly stated that the current build of the IE7 beta available from Microsoft is rendering-behavior complete. In other words, the only changes to IE7 from now until it goes final will be fixes to security holes, crash bugs, and browser chrome/UI stuff. Whatever its CSS support does or doesn’t do, that’s how the final version is expected to behave.
So I guess I can go ahead and download the Beta to take a look for myself then. Jaymz has it, and from the screenshots he sent me while I was working on my last project, it is better than IE6 was. The full extent of that, however, is still to be seen.

It’s good to know that when Vista rolls out, the masses will have a more capable browser at their disposal, but my money says that the rest of us will stay with the Fox irregardless of IE7’s attempts.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure that’ll be the case. For me especially because of this plugin alone (someone remind me to send him money), but it will make my own site work that much easier if IE7 behaves.
