The long weekend went in a flash, although the parts I remember were quite good. Got to visit with a lot of people I hadn’t seen in a while, spent far too much money, lost an entire night to a vicious headache and saw some movies.
Six reviews are a lot to write at once, so although the writing is entirely too much quantity over quality, it carries the point well enough: Older movies are good, and if you simply must see how a big tough guy handles children, choose Diesel over Cube.
Finally finished configuring all of the new laptops for the office, so now there’s just one left to go. It’s the one I’ll be taking with me to Las Vegas over the first half of next week. The flight time alone will probably end up being longer than the conference I’m attending, but such things are out of my control.

That was a lot of money to pass on if he decided not to come back. (The AL probably would have kicked his ass anyways.)
Anyways, now that he has finally made a decision and Bonds has passed Ruth, that makes two annoying baseball headlines that I don’t have to hear about anymore.
