Get in the game
Very busy weekend. Had a nice Thanksgiving dinner, put up the Christmas tree and my aunt, uncle and grandmother visited from Connecticut.
Also played a lot of Rainbow Six:Vegas. Jaymz brought his Xbox Camera down, and I used it to customize my online character. The facial mapping didn’t quite work, my beard is far too low—on my neck instead of my cheeks—but other than that it worked pretty well. Since then, I’ve ordered my own camera—on sale this weekend—so I’ll be able to get more time to get it just right.
Laura’s looking more and more pregnant with each passing week. Doctor says the kid is in the head-down position, so now it’s really just a matter of time before he comes around.
(By the way, my aunt mentioned that her due date was also December 22. And yes, her daughter was born on Christmas Day.)

After much, and I cannot stress much enough, I’ve finally decided to pick up a 360. Gonna go grab it today.
It was a tough, tough call between it and a Wii. But call of Dead Rising is far too seductive.

Actually, scratch that just yet. Decided, once again, at the last minute that I’d rather have my SONY KDL-46XBR2 before the 360…

Now that you have that big ass TV screen, you’re certainly not gonna be satisified until everything you have connected to it is in HD. So maybe in a month or two, you’ll be out shopping again…

Oh that’s the plan, I’d just rather have the TV first, then the 360.
I don’t even plan on buying the TV until January, so I could have just bought the 360 today and then recouped the lost TV money by January, but hey.
The shuttle I just built with a terabyte of storage will do me fine for HD until then.
