Quick note for those scoring at home: the war in Iraq is not the war on terror.
B’s won last night, thanks to… well, some very good luck as the last few minutes of the game ticked away. It was a much closer game than it should have been. They handed out “thundersticks” at the gate, which are just about the most annoying invention to ever be created by man and then presented by Verizon wireless. (Corporate whores.)
I think that I shall save them to bring on the trip to Montreal and use them to annoy the Canucks. Yes, that is a good plan. I was gonna buy a Bruins hat or two to show the allegance while up there, but didn’t feel like spending the money.
This weekend is the last chance we’ll have to paint the dining room before Thanksgiving. We’ll just have to see if that actually happens. Getting the turkey is a much higher priority.
