DSL went down again, this time in the afternoon so that I could get the NOC on the line and have it taken care of. He said he rebuilt the connection on their side and we should be ok now, but I guess I’ll just have to wait and see.

OK, get this. I call last night and am told by the NOC that there’s nothing that they can do because the router is down. I’ll have to go to it and reboot it so they can connect and see what’s up.
