Hooray! Got everything working (that I know of) in the new kernel.

OK, now it boots in 2.6.4. w00p!
But the damn network card dissapeared. Boo! Enough of this for today, I’ll try again later.

OK, got the computer to boot back into the old kernel, but decided to go ahead and recomplile the kernel with ReiserFS in instead of just as a module. Cover all my bases. Hopefully I’ll be able to give it another shot before the end of the day.
