I spent all day (read: ALL FUCKING DAY) at a client’s today working with Quickbooks, finally managing to straighten everything out just before 5 o’clock. The people there were really nice, but I didn’t really have any deep seated need to spend all that much time with them.

Think I might have gotten that mailserver problem fixed yesterday. Asked the ISP to add a PTR record for reverse DNS to our mailserver. Their server might have been looking for one, and I just got an email that says that they’ve done the same. Hopefully, that’ll be the end of that.
