At the beginning of the season, the Red Sox held a raffle where the winners got the opportunity to buy up to four tickets on the left field wall at Fenway Park, also known as the Green Monster. My brother and I both entered, and his name was chosen. That was back in March. In August, we finally got to put those tickets to use to see the Red Sox take on the Toronto Blue Jays.
(The winner for the best pre-at bat music had to be Doug Mientkiewicz, who took the plate to Danzig's Mother. Excellent call, Doug.)
